We want you to see it in pictures!!  And for that reason, we’ve made this video.  For you to see how we collect, crush and bottle the best extra virgin olive oil in the world.  It’s a painstaking process.  Perhaps one of the most important.  Because the quality of our Masía El Altet depends entirely on the quality of the raw material.

We spend ten days  collecting the olives  and for it, employ 80 people who offer us 160 expert hands.  Twenty per  cent of the harvest is carried out using blankets  and the rest with the vibrator umbrella system.  We also use other machinery such as the trunk vibrators, combs, trailers, baskets, blankets, … and a long list of other things.
